Terms

These general terms apply to freelance work agreed directly with Meher Mankar. Any project-specific written agreement takes precedence. This page is a summary and does not replace an individual agreement or applicable law.

   Project scope

   The deliverables, timeline, and fee for freelance work are agreed in writing before work begins. Changes to the agreed scope may affect the timeline or fee.

2. 02

   Payment

   Payment amounts, schedule, and method are agreed in writing for each project. Any deposit or milestone payment will be stated in that agreement.

3. 03

   Cancellation

   Cancellation and refund arrangements are agreed for each project before work begins. Applicable consumer rights and local laws continue to apply.

   Client responsibilities

   The client provides the information, feedback, and access needed for the work, and confirms they have permission to share any materials they provide.

5. 05

   Third-party services

   Deliverables may rely on third-party platforms, services, or open-source software. Their availability and terms are controlled by their respective providers.
